Stuart Anderson MP’s Annual Report 2025

Stuart Anderson MP has issued his second Local Plan Delivery Update. It follows his initial update, which was published in July to celebrate his first-year anniversary as the Member of Parliament for South Shropshire.

Stuart's first Local Delivery Update reflected on the success in his first year in office. The latest update is part of Stuart's first Annual Report, which has been submitted alongside his annual publication data.

In 2025, Stuart has responded to more than 9,500 individual casework enquiries. This has spanned topics including housing, health, and education - with many successes in each of these areas.

As one of the largest constituencies in England, Stuart has ensured a consistent presence across South Shropshire. He has held many surgery appointments and launched a ‘Meet Your MP’ event series.

As part of his plan to unleash rural prosperity, Stuart has visited many businesses and chaired two roundtable discussion events with Shropshire Chamber of Commerce.

In addition, Stuart has consistently supported local communities - having now visited many schools, charities, places of worship, and community organisations.

As part of Small Charity Week in June, Stuart launched his Community Support Finder. This details the latest support that is available for charitable organisations in both South Shropshire and beyond.

In Parliament, Stuart has tabled almost 300 formal written questions. He has also graduated from the prestigious Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme, having completed various modules.

Stuart was recently appointed to the Ukraine-NATO Interparliamentary Council, which serves as a forum for dialogue among legislators from Ukraine and the 32 Member States.
