On the last day of Parliament before Christmas, the Government published its Provisional Local Government Finance Settlement. I have been campaigning for more equitable funding, particularly due to concerns that the current settlement will result in higher council tax and reduced local services.
In November, we marked the season of Remembrance. As a veteran, this is always a time of intensified emotion. South Shropshire is proudly home to more than 4,000 veterans, representing almost one in ten households.
