"Since being elected, I have been delighted to visit and support many schools and community groups across South Shropshire. I want to keep doing this so that I can listen to local concerns, support campaigns, and deliver positive change. Each year, tens of thousands of students from across the UK also visit Parliament. The Education & Engagement Outreach Team run sessions all year round for schools and community groups about how Parliament works and how you can get involved. Eligible schools, including those in more distant constituencies and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) schools, can claim travel subsidy allowances. Find out more below."
UK Parliament Week is an annual campaign that celebrates British democracy. It seeks to inform everyone about the UK Parliament and empower them to make a difference in their communities.
